Stupid title, I know XD
It's Prince Beyll knighting Sir Tris!!!!!  It's supposed to be "knighting", anyway; I think it sort of ended up looking like Beyll is stabbing Tris instead  These characters are Tris Ylavat and Beyll from  's webcomic, Serenian Century. (Or "an Age of Dreams") GO READ IT!!! (Tris hasn't actually appeared in the comic yet, but I fangirl him anyway 8D )I got the idea for this picture from Ruina's "prince" poll, and from the RO Lord Knight chibi she did of Tris :] And then it just sat in my mind and annoyed me until I drew it... >_<;;; Originally I was going to put Lady Imiya behind Tris and Prince Elthee behind Beyll, but they seemed to break up the picture somehow.  Gah this picture took forever O_O;;;; And it was huge... this is, like, less than 25% of the original picture XD And the shading still looks bad...  Especially on Beyll.  Oh well ^^ I was trying to do dramatic ligting but I really failed at some points...  Tris's armor killed me  I am bad at armor.I am aware that the proportions are wrong, the primary sketch for this was drawn a while ago actually I couldn't decide which name to call her comic by by so I used them both 8D brushes used in this picture: [link] (for the cloud under the smaller text) [link] (for the shiny light-beam effect on the floor) ^^ (I could have done that one myself but I got lazy) Version without the final red lighting layers: [link] |
